How do I book a pickup?

How long does the laundry take?
We’ll confirm turnaround and delivery timing when we schedule your pickup. Same-day or rush service is available when our schedule allows for an additional $10.
What if my bag is over the weight limit?
Each additional pound is $2. Small bags include up to 15 lbs, medium bags up to 25 lbs, and large bags up to 35 lbs. Comforters, blankets, and pillows have separate prices.
Is detergent included?
Yes, quality detergent is included. Please tell us about sensitivities, scent preferences, and special care instructions when requesting service so we can confirm what we can accommodate.
Can I use the military discount on a monthly plan?
The 10% military discount is for regular wash & fold only. It cannot be combined with monthly plans or other discounts.
What does pickup and delivery cost?
Within 5 driving miles of our Portsmouth pickup base, pickup and delivery are free. Over 5–10 miles is $10 total, and over 10–15 miles is $15 total. Beyond 15 miles, ask for a quote. Each fee covers pickup and delivery together, and applies to individual orders and monthly-plan pickups. We confirm distance and the fee before scheduling.
How do I pay?
